Traditional asynchronous motors have low energy consumption and high power consumption. This has long been a problem that companies want to solve. How can they reduce the energy consumption of the motor? During the on-site inspection, Jinyi technicians learned that its production equipment, the cold pier machine, is used in stamping. From processing to plastic molding, a motor is required to drive the work. The load of the motor is unstable, the current fluctuates at any time, and the current span range is relatively large. Especially in instant stamping, a large current is required. Because cold pier machines come in different sizes, the matched motors also have different power sizes. Among them, our company chose one of the 8-level 75kW ordinary motors and measured its current to be about 6-117A, up to about 270A.
