Zhejiang Chuanhua Huayang Chemical chooses Jinyi permanent magnet motor modification workshop to save 14-18% of electricity

From June to December 2015, Zhejiang Chuanhua Huayang Chemical Co., Ltd. (Chuanhua Group) carried out energy-saving renovations on its papermaking workshop and sewage station, replacing the original asynchronous motors with Jinyi permanent magnet motors.

In the entire papermaking workshop, the original asynchronous motor consumed 1,238,507 kilowatt-hours of electricity in 6 months. After replacing it with the permanent magnet motor, it consumed 1,009,965 kilowatt-hours. A total of 228,542 kilowatt-hours of electricity was saved, with an energy saving rate of 18% and a saving of 193,210 yuan in electricity bills (comprehensive electricity price 0.8454 yuan/kWh).

The original asynchronous motor in the sewage station consumed 429,465 kilowatt-hours of electricity in 6 months. After replacing it with the permanent magnet motor, it consumed 370,839 kilowatt-hours. A total of 58,626 kilowatt-hours of electricity was saved, with a power saving rate of 14% and a saving of 242,772 yuan in electricity bills (comprehensive electricity price: 0.8454 yuan/kWh).
