We have learned previously how to overcome the rotation of the AC servo motor. Don't worry about this phenomenon at . As long as you take the correct measures, you can stop it from rotating. So what are the precautions for wiring AC servo motors? Let’s analyze it with the editor next!
The precautions for AC servo motor wiring are as follows:
1. Please use shielded wires for AC servo motor signal lines and encoder input lines. The wiring length is set as follows: the signal line length from NC to AC servo driver is <3M, and the input line length from AC driver to encoder is <20M.
2. Please try to use thick wires for the grounding wire of the AC servo motor. Please use one-point grounding method according to the third grounding standard (grounding resistance <100Ω) to connect the grounding wire. If the motor and the machine tool are insulated, please The motor is grounded.
3. To prevent malfunctions caused by interference pulses, it is recommended that you adopt the following measures:
(1) If the servo driver uses the same power supply as the welding machine, electrical discharge processing equipment, etc., or if they do not use the same power supply, but there are high-frequency interference devices nearby, please use measures such as insulation isolation transformers and power filters.
(2) High-current cables (power cables, motor cables and other high-current circuits) should be routed at least 30cm apart from signal cables, and should not be placed in the same wiring trough.
(3) Please pay attention to the terminal connection of the analog input signal cable (because the analog input signal is very susceptible to high-frequency interference).
4. After the wiring is completed, check all wiring to confirm whether the plug terminals are too wide, whether the welding terminals and crimping terminals are in good condition, whether the screws are tightened, and whether the connectors are connected correctly. In particular, check the motor and Is the polarity of the encoder connected correctly?
5. Confirm whether the phase sequence of the motor is consistent with the requirements of the servo drive, otherwise the motor will not be able to operate.
Installation method is as follows:
If there are no special provisions, the motor should be installed axially and horizontally on the standard test bracket specified in GB/T7345 during the test. The installation method of the servo driver shall be in accordance with the normal working method stipulated in the product's special technical conditions. The driver shall be installed and tested to simulate its actual use position as much as possible.
