Recently, Zhejiang Jinyi Special Motor received a special holiday gift - Zhejiang Chuanhua Huayang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s tracking statistical data feedback on the Jinyi YT series earth permanent magnet synchronous motor transformation project.

This data is a 7-month comparison of the electricity consumption and actual electricity bills paid in the two workshops before and after the transformation. It is concluded that the comprehensive power saving rate of Jinyi earth permanent magnet synchronous motor is 7%~26%. (The comprehensive power saving rate varies due to different equipment operating conditions).

It is reported that Zhejiang Jinyi Special Motor began to carry out energy-saving transformation of the motors used by Zhejiang Chuanhua Huayang Chemical Co., Ltd. in February 2015. This data has been tracked since June 2015. As of December 2015: the power saving rate of the energy-saving motor in the papermaking workshop was 18%, and the cumulative electricity bill saved in 7 months was 193,210 yuan; the power saving rate of the energy-saving motor in the sewage station It was 14%, saving a total of 49,562 yuan in electricity bills in 7 months. The two workshops saved a total of 242,772 yuan in electricity bills.

Jinyi Motor YT series permanent magnet synchronous motor is a motor independently developed and designed by Jinyi Company since 2012. In November 2013, this series of motors from Jinyi was shortlisted for the National People's Benefit Project. In 2015, it was assessed by the China Quality Certification Center to reach the national standard level two energy efficiency. With the continuous research and development and improvement of Jinyi's series of motors, it was assessed by the China Quality Certification Center in 2018 to reach the national standard -level energy efficiency.
