If a servo is used to drive the screw and its advantages of high control accuracy and good torque-frequency characteristics are used, the same purpose of rapid measurement can be achieved. 2. Application in horizontal sealing device
In the bag-making automatic packaging machinery, the horizontal sealing device of the servo motor is an important mechanism. It not only requires accurate positioning, but also requires the linear speed of the horizontal sealing wheel to be equal to the film feeding speed during the horizontal sealing. After the sealing wheel rolls, the rotation speed of the transverse sealing wheel should increase, that is, the phases should separate at a faster speed.
The traditional method is achieved through mechanical methods such as eccentric or crank guide rod mechanisms. This is not only complex in mechanism and low in reliability, but also very troublesome to adjust. 3. Application in supplying materials
Packaging machinery supplies materials in two ways: intermittent and continuous.
In the intermittent material feeding method, such as in the intermittent bag making and packaging machine, in the past, the packaging film was ly fed by the crank linkage mechanism and the intermittent belt pulling method, which is not only complex in structure, but also difficult to adjust.
