Maintenance methods of permanent magnet motor

Today, permanent magnet motors are favored by companies, and this equipment has also become a trend in the motor industry. So why do everyone enthusiastically choose permanent magnet motors? That's because the permanent magnet motor has many characteristics. Under the condition of the same power, the output power generated by this motor is much higher than that of ordinary motors at idle speed, and its structure is very simple. It has no excitation. The structure also removes the slip ring structure, so it can reduce the problems of disconnection, slow heat dissipation and slip ring wear that occur in many motors during operation, thus making the motor have very stable performance. However, when using this motor, its maintenance cannot be ignored. Only regular maintenance and upkeep can extend the life of this motor. So the next thing to introduce is the maintenance method of permanent magnet motor!

The motor maintenance process of a professional permanent magnet motor maintenance and repair center: cleaning the stator and rotor - replacing carbon brushes or other parts - vacuum class F pressure dipping paint - drying - calibrating dynamic balance.

1. When using a motor, the operating environment should always be kept dry, the surface of the motor should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust, fibers, etc.

2. When the thermal protection of the motor occurs continuously, it should be found out whether the fault comes from the motor or overload or the setting value of the protective device is too low. Only after all faults are eliminated can it be put into operation.

3. Ensure that the motor enjoys good lubrication during operation. When a general electric motor runs for about 5,000 hours, the grease should be replenished or replaced. If the bearing is found to be overheated or the lubrication deteriorates during operation, the hydraulic grease should be replaced in time. When replacing the grease, the old lubricating oil should be removed, and the oil grooves of the bearing and bearing cap should be cleaned with gasoline, and then ZL-3 lithium-based grease should be filled into 1/2 of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing (for 2 poles) and 2/3 (for 4, 6, and 8 poles).

4. When disassembling the motor, you can take out the rotor from the extended end or non-extended end of the shaft. If there is no need to remove the fan, it is more convenient to remove the rotor from the non-shaft extension end. When extracting the rotor from the stator, avoid damaging the stator winding or insulation.

5. When replacing the winding, you must write down the original winding method, such as scale, number of turns, wire gauge, etc. When you lose these data, you should ask the manufacturer for it in time. If you change the original design winding at will, it will cause certain problems of the motor. Or several functions may deteriorate to the point that they cannot be used.

6. When the life of the bearing expires, the vibration and noise of the motor operation will increase significantly. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the specified value, the bearing should be replaced.

The permanent magnet motor uses an automatically activated voltage stabilizer. There is no need to add additional excitation power. It can generate electricity by simply rotating. When the battery of the generator is damaged, it can still continue to work, such as when driving a car. When there is no electricity storage preparation in advance, as long as the handle is turned, the motor can automatically store electricity and complete the operation.
