A permanent magnet motor is a motor with its own permanent magnets in the rotor. It has many advantages such as reliable operation, small size, light weight, low loss, and high power. It is a super-efficient motor. The energy-saving effect of permanent magnet motors is more significant than that of asynchronous motors. What is the reason?
First of all, in terms of planning and structural methods, the rotor of the permanent magnet motor has earth permanent magnet steel and does not require a stator to supply induction power; the permanent magnet motor uses a star connection Y, and the asynchronous motor above 4kw has a △ connection, Y connection The current is smaller than the △ connection method; the materials used in the permanent magnet motor are different and the insulation level is high. On the premise of keeping the power constant, the frame size can be reduced, the copper consumption is reduced, and the permanent magnet motor has good control performance and can be adjusted The starting torque is adjusted to meet the needs of large torque starting, and then the motor model is reduced to avoid the situation of a large horse-drawn cart.

Secondly, from the actual use situation, the no-load current of the permanent magnet motor is only about 1/3 of the asynchronous motor, which reduces consumption; when the dragging equipment reaches a stable flow and pressure, the automatic control system will automatically adjust and the current will decrease. Small or in a reactive state; the energy efficiency value of the permanent magnet motor remains unchanged when the load changes during operation, while the energy efficiency value of the asynchronous motor will change when the load changes; the asynchronous motor will change when the load reaches three-quarters. The energy efficiency value remains unchanged when the load is less than 70%, and the energy efficiency value will plummet when the load is less than 70%.
In the end, whether judging from the actual use results by customers or experimental results, the energy saving effect of our permanent magnet motors can reach more than 50% and is also around 20%, which is a significant energy saving effect.
