How to avoid clogging of DC permanent magnet motor

Earlier we introduced the classification of permanent magnet motors. It can be seen that permanent magnet motors can be divided into DC motors, asynchronous motors and synchronous motors according to their structure and working principles. Among them, the DC permanent magnet motor is frequently blocked by impurities. To deal with this problem, the staff must use the method of clearing every blockage in the early stage of operation and not overnight.

Although this avoids shutdown, frequent disassembly of the DC permanent magnet motor body will gradually cause wear and tear on the motor's mouth ring and other components. At the same time, it will also consume a lot of manpower and material resources every time it is blocked. So in addition to these methods, in what ways can we avoid clogging of DC permanent magnet motors? Let’s learn together below!

1. Ensure the safe operation of key equipment

When using a catalyst, it is required that the catalyst must be injected in a proportion of , otherwise the melt viscosity will be reduced and the product quality will be reduced. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the DC motor, some guarantee measures must be taken.

2. Regularly replace lubricating oil and wear parts

The main internal moving parts of the DC motor include worm, worm gear, slider, piston, etc. The wear and tear of these components will directly to a reduction in motor flow or no flow at all. So far, the only solution is to regularly replace lubricating oil, wear parts, and regularly clean the hydraulic chamber.

3. Strict operating procedures

When starting and stopping operations, the operation requirements should be strictly followed. When starting, turn on the motor with zero output. Only when there is pressure at the motor outlet can the voltage stabilizing plate be filled with nitrogen. Avoid large deformation of the diaphragm due to nitrogen filling and prevent diaphragm rupture; when increasing the motor output, do it slowly; when stopping the motor, also slowly reduce the motor output.

4. Strengthen motor maintenance

During operation, we must conduct regular inspections to avoid unnecessary accidents. In particular, we must focus on checking the oil level of the lubricating oil, the sound of the motor, the outlet pressure, the pressure of the nitrogen buffer tank, etc. In addition, the motor body diaphragm and the nitrogen buffer tank diaphragm must be replaced regularly to effectively prevent the two motors from being damaged at the same time and causing catalyst stop injection accidents.

After the DC permanent magnet motor takes the above measures, it can chop up the larger solid matter so that it will no longer be clogged. In addition, in daily operation practice, you can practice according to the methods mentioned in the article. I hope today’s content can help you!
