Previously, the editor has introduced in detail the detection methods of DC permanent magnet motors. It can be seen that so far, there are roughly three detection methods for this motor: static detection, dynamic detection, and basic detection. The commonly used methods in the basic detection method are: Observation method, lamp test method, current burning method, group elimination method. Today we mainly introduce the control and wiring methods of DC permanent magnet motors. I hope you can master and use them after reading them!
DC permanent magnet motors can provide lower speeds and larger torques, and bring great convenience to everyone's lives. However, this kind of equipment requires wiring to operate, so in order to save time during installation, here are some of its wiring methods.
1. For the power input of the DC permanent magnet motor, the thick red wire is the positive terminal of the power supply, the black wire is the negative terminal of the power supply, and the thin orange wire is the electric door lock.
2. Motor phase (u, v, w output), the thick yellow line is U, the thick green line is V, and the thick blue line is W.
3. Input the signal. The thin red wire is the 5V power supply, the thin green wire is the handle signal input, and the thin black wire is the ground wire.
4. Machine Hall (A, B, C input), the thin red wire is the 5V power supply, the thin black wire is the ground wire, the thin yellow wire is A, the thin green wire is B, and the thin blue wire is C.
5. For the sensor, the thin red wire is the 5V power supply, the thin black wire is the ground wire, and the thin green wire is the sensor signal input.
DC permanent magnet motors need to be wired when in use to enable the equipment to be energized and run. Everyone needs to master the specific wiring method. If there is a problem with the wiring, it may cause the operation of the equipment to fail. In serious cases, it will also cause the Damage to equipment.
And because the DC permanent magnet motor has good linear speed regulation characteristics and simple control performance, it is widely used by people. So how to control the DC permanent magnet motor? Read on next!
1. Speed regulation
The speed regulation of the DC permanent magnet motor can be achieved by changing the voltage. There are two commonly used methods: one is to keep the conduction time of each phase unchanged. Speed regulation is achieved by changing the magnitude of the voltage applied to the coil when each phase is turned on. The other method is to keep the voltage magnitude unchanged and change the length of the conduction time of each phase to achieve speed regulation.
2. Forward and reverse
Because this product is structurally very different from a DC motor, the direction of rotation cannot be changed by changing the polarity of the power supply. The direction of rotation can only be changed by changing the relative relationship between the stator winding magnetic potential and the rotor magnetic field.
3. Emblem machine control
This control method is produced and developed along with the technology of digital control. Therefore, the use of microcomputer to realize digital control of DC reduction motor is the main control method.
